The criteria and corresponding rewards are as follows:

5. The utilization of Slots Bonus Credit sis 30 days from the issued day.

6. The utilization of Match Play Vouchers is 14 days from the issued day.

7. Gaming points will not be rewarded or accumulated when gaming with the entitlements.

8. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable. Hoiana serves the right substitute for any subsequent claims of defective rewards of similar value.

9. Members shall examine the rewards at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana Casino shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of defective rewards and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).

10. Employees of Hoiana, advertising agencies of Hoiana, and any other party directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

11. Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated period will be forfeited and the member shall have no further right to claim it thereafter.

12. Hoiana shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion and / or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Hoiana.

13. By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms,and conditions that Hoiana may issue from time to time.

14. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collateral relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

15. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

1. How do I activate and use the Slots Bonus Credits?

To activate and use your Slots Bonus Credits:

• Insert your membership card into any slot machine
• The bonus will activate upon successful card insertion

Note: Slots Bonus Credits must be used within 30 days from the day they are issued.

2. How do I redeem and use the Match Play Voucher?

To use the Match Play Voucher:

3. Can I earn gaming points while using my bonus or vouchers?

No. Gaming points will not be accumulated when using Slots Bonus Credits or Match Play Vouchers.

4. What happens if my reward is lost, stolen, or defective?

Members should check the rewards at the point of issuance

• Hoiana will not replace lost or stolen rewards
• In case of defective rewards, Hoiana reserves the right to substitute them with items of similar value, but only at the time of issuance.
