• Example:  

+ Without the the double conversion promotion: If you redeem 500 points, you will receive USD5 worth of Promotion Chips or Slots Bonus Credit.  

+ WITH the double conversion promotion: If you redeem 500 points, you will receive USD10 worth of Promotion Chips or Slots Bonus Credit.  

• Redemptions can be made at the Membership Counter or directly at the Slots Machines (Slots Bonus Credits only).  

• The last redemption is at 11:59 PM on July 20, 2026.

Earning Period: 06:00 AM on July 12, 2026, to 05:59 AM on July 20, 2026.

Mechanics:

+ Earn 1 Lucky Draw Ticket for every 500 points earned daily, with a maximum of 3 tickets per patron per gaming day.  

+ Tickets must be printed before the daily cut-off time at 05:59 AM and cannot be carried forward to the next gaming day.  

+ Place your earned tickets into your selected team barrel for each match. Winners will be drawn from the winning team’s barrel based on the official match result, including extra time and penalty shootouts if applicable.

Lucky Draw Schedule:
+ Earned tickets can be submitted for the following matches:

+ Event schedules are subject to change in accordance with official FIFA World Cup 2026 match updates.

+ Each match features a Lucky Draw barrel with two team compartments. All eligible tickets are valid for all matches, with winners drawn from the winning team’s compartment.

+ Lucky Draws will be conducted at 8:00 PM on each match date.

+ Venue: Mot Hai Bar Stage.

Lucky Draw Prizes:

For each match, winners will receive the following prizes:

+ All prizes will be given in the form of non-negotiable promotion chips or slots bonus credits.

+ The validity period for utilizing Promotion Chip or Slots Bonus Credit is 30 days from the date of issuance.

+ Lucky Winner must present their membership card on stage to claim the prize.

• This reward is non-transferable and non-cashable. Members shall be held fully responsible for the safekeeping of the rewards.  

• Hoiana reserves the right to replace the prize(s) with something else.

• Members shall examine the reward(s) at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of defective reward(s) and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).

• Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated period will be forfeited and the member shall have no further right to claim it thereafter.

• Any other T&Cs that are not specific will require exceptional approval from the management

• HOIANA have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion, and/or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of HOIANA.

• By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that Hoiana may issue from time to time.

• In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collateral relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Place your earned ticket into your selected team barrel for each eligible match to predict the winning team.

5. Can I keep my tickets and submit them for my preferred match?

Yes. Eligible tickets may be kept and submitted for any applicable match during the Lucky Draw schedule, provided the tickets are submitted before the respective ticket drop cut-off time.
