• This promotion is open to selected Hoiana Rewards members (excluding Lifestyle members) with birthdays in December 2025 and January, February, or March 2026.

Note: During the promotion period, an eligible member can only redeem ONCE.

1. The Promotion is open to selected Hoiana Rewards Card Members (Any foreigner or Vietnamese overseas citizen who has a foreign passport issued by a foreign authority and a valid laissez-passer and lawfully enters Vietnam).

2. This promotion does not apply to Lifestyle members.

3. Each eligible member may receive the reward only ONCE.

4. Employees of HOIANA, advertising agencies of HOIANA, and any other party directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

5. To book Accomodation Rewards, Eligible members must contact Centralized Reservation’s hotline: 0235 858 8888.

6. ·        Accommodationen titlements are only valid within the targeted period. The last day to utilize Hoiana Hotel entitlements as below:

• For December 2025 birthdays, last day is January 31, 2026
• For January 2026 birthdays, last day is February 28, 2026
• For February 2026 birthdays, last day is March 31, 2026
• For March 2026 birthdays, last day is April 30, 2026

7. Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated period will be forfeited and the member shall have no further right to claim it thereafter.

8. The utilization of Promotion Chips and Slots Bonus Credits is 30 days from the issued day.

9. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-cashable. HOIANA reserves the right to substitute the rewards for other rewards of similar value.

10. The rewards required for booking the Hotel will be on a first-come first-serve basis and based on availability.

11. HOIANA reserves the right to substitute the reward(s) for other reward (s) of similar value.

12. Members shall examine the reward(s) at the point of issuance. Thereafter, HOIANA shall not be liable for any subsequent claims of defective reward(s) and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).

13. Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated period will be forfeited and the member shall have no further right to claim it thereafter.

14. HOIANA has the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion, and/or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of HOIANA.

15. By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that HOIANA may issue from time to time.

16. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Yes, eligible members can enjoy the hotel reward. However, availability is limited, so we strongly recommend booking early by calling 0235 858 8888. Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Can I celebrate my birthday at Hoiana even if it’s outside my actual birth month?

You must redeem your reward during your assigned birthday period and before the accommodation validity deadline. However, you can still enjoy other services or promotions at any time of the year!

3. What dates can I use the accommodation entitlements of this promo on?

The redemption or utilization periods for the accommodation entitlements are as follows:

• December 2025 birthdays (December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026).
• January 2026 birthdays (January 1 to February 28, 2026)
• February 2026 birthdays (February 1 to March 31, 2026)
• March 2026 birthdays (March 1 to April 30, 2026)

4. Do I need to present any ID or documents when claiming my reward?

Yes. A valid passport or travel document must be shown for identity verification when claiming any part of the birthday reward.

5. Can I transfer my hotel stay to a friend or family member?

No. Birthday rewards, including hotel stays, are exclusive to the member and cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstance.
