Join a line-up of festive activities designed to make your Mid-Autumn celebration even more memorable.

How to Join

• Patrons who earn 3,000 points from the day before until the playing time are eligible to register and join the game (maximum of 16 players per day).

• Each patron can play a maximum of 1 time.

Yutnori Game Schedule

• Eligible patrons must register at the Hoiana Rewards counter by 6:00 PM on the same event day.  

• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and may close early if all spots are filled.

Yutnori Game Prize Structure  

All prizes will be given in the form of non-negotiable promotion chips or slots bonus.

Game Rules

• Each team with 2 members will take turns to move their 2 game pieces (“pieces”) on the Yutnori board.

• Players throw the sticks, and the number of spaces moved depends on how many flat sides face up:

- 1 flat side up: Move 1 space  

- 2 flat sides up: Move 2 spaces

- 3 flat sides up: Move 3 spaces

- 4 flat sides up: Move 4 spaces

- All rounded sides up: Move 5 space

- 1 flat with special symbol up: Move back 1 space

• Players take turns throwing the sticks and moving their pieces according to the outcome.

• If a player lands in a space occupied by their own piece, they can form a "group" and move together from that point.

• If a player lands in a space occupied by their own piece, they can form a "group" and move together from that point.

• If a player lands in a space occupied by an opponent's piece, the opponent's piece is sent back to the start.

• The first team to move all its pieces off the board wins the game. The winning team receives the Champion Prize, while the other team receives the Consolation Prize.

• Each patron can play a maximum of 3 times per gaming date.

• Eligible patrons must register at the Hoiana Rewards counter to join the game.  

• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and may close early if all spots are filled.

• Patrons who earn 1,500 points from September 26 to October 10, 2026, receive one Lucky Draw entry ticket.

• Earn more points to receive additional tickets, with up to 50 Lucky Draw tickets available per earning period.

Lucky Draw Schedule

• The Draw Schedule is subject to adjustment by Hoiana.

• Eligible tickets are valid only for the applicable Draw Week and cannot be carried over to the next Draw Week.

• The Lucky Draw Barrel will be secured after the last ticket drop time. The winning ticket will be randomly drawn on the scheduled draw date.

• The selected ticket will be verified against the eligible participant records before the prize is awarded.

• Each eligible patron may win a maximum of one (1) prize per Draw Week. If a patron who has already won a prize is selected again during the same Draw Week, the selection will be void, and a redraw will be conducted until another eligible winner is selected.

• Each physical ticket is valid for one (1) Lucky Draw entry only and may not be reused, duplicated, transferred, or exchanged. Prize substitution or selection is not permitted.

• All prizes will be given in the form of non-negotiable promotion chips or slots bonus.  

• The validity period for utilizing promotion chip or slots bonus credit is 30 days from the date of issuance.

• Lucky winners are not required to be present during the Lucky Draw. Prizes will be credited directly to the winner’s membership card after the draw concludes.

• Schedules, games, and event details are subject to change without prior notice.

• All rated Hoiana Rewards members are eligible to participate in the promotion (any foreigner or overseas Vietnamese holding a foreign passport issued by a foreign authority, and a valid laissez-passer who lawfully enters Vietnam).

• Employees of Hoiana, its advertising agencies, and any other parties directly involved in the organization, promotion, or execution of this Promotion are not eligible to participate.

• This promotion is not applicable to Lifestyle Non-Gaming Members.

• Gaming points will not be awarded or accumulated when using rewards from this promotion, including Promotion Chips or Slot Bonus.

• The validity period for utilizing Promotion Chips or Slots Bonus is 30 days from the date of issuance.

• To activate and use the Accommodation rewards, Eligible Members must make a reservation through their host, or by visiting the Hoiana Rewards counter. The Eligible Member must check in on the reserved date and be registered as a guest under the booking. Accommodation rewards must be used 60 days from the date of issuance.

• To claim the physical reward, the Eligible Member must redeem it at the HPR Counter. The physical prize must be claimed within 60 days from the end date of the Promotion. Members shall be fully responsible for the safekeeping of the prize once it has been issued.

• All rewards are non-transferable and non-cashable. Members are solely responsible for safeguarding their rewards.

• Hoiana reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with another item of similar value at its discretion.

• Members must inspect their rewards upon issuance. Hoiana shall not be liable for any claims relating to defective, lost, or stolen rewards after issuance. No replacement will be provided.

• Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated redemption period shall be forfeited, and no further claims shall be entertained.

• Hoiana reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion, and/or change the Promotion period at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by Hoiana in relation to this Promotion shall be final and binding.

• By participating in the Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions issued by Hoiana from time to time.

• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and other Promotion materials related to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

5. How can I earn Lucky Draw tickets?

Patrons who earn 1,500 points during the applicable earning period receive one Lucky Draw entry ticket. Earn more points to receive additional tickets, with up to 50 tickets available per earning period.

6. How long are my Lucky Draw tickets valid?
Tickets are valid only for the applicable Draw Week and cannot be carried over to the next Draw Week.

Example: A ticket earned during the Draw Week from September 26 to October 3, 2026, is valid only for the October 3, 2026, Lucky Draw. It cannot be used for the October 10, 2026, Lucky Draw.

7. How many prizes can I win?

Each eligible patron may win a maximum of one (1) prize per Draw Week. If a patron who has already won a prize is selected again during the same Draw Week, the selection will be void and a redraw will be conducted.
