4. Earning Points at Stay, Dine & Shop
Points are earned on full payments made by cash or credit card at Hoiana-operated outlets only.
Payments made partially with points or entertainment vouchers are not eligible.
5. Room Upgrades
Complimentary room upgrades are subject to availability.
Limited to one room reservation per eligible member.
6. Complimentary Stay
Complimentary hotel stays are limited to:
- Voyager: 1 night per month at New World Hoiana Hotel – Superior Room
- Envoy: 2 nights per month at Hoiana Hotel & Suites – Superior Suite
Important Notes:
The member must be the registered staying guest. Unused stays cannot be carried over to the following month.
Members who are upgraded via exceptional approval or mapping are not eligible for complimentary hotel stays unless the required tier points have been earned.
7. Complimentary Minibar
Available exclusively for Envoy members during complimentary stays.
Applicable at Hoiana Hotel & Suites and New World Hoiana Beach Resort.
Minibar contents are fixed and replenished once daily.
Additional consumption beyond the included items will be charged.
8. Concierge Service
Available exclusively for Envoy members upon request and subject to availability.
9. Earning Points at Golf
Points are earned on full payments made by cash or credit card at Hoiana-operated golf facilities only.
Payments made partially with points or entertainment vouchers are not eligible.
10. Golf Preferential Rate
Eligible members enjoy a preferential golf rate of VND 4.5 million. Rate is subject to change without notice.
11. Golf Clinic
One (1) hour complimentary golf clinic per month, valued at VND 1,500,000 per session.

12. Earn Points at Hoiana Rewards Partners
Members earn 10% of the paid amount in points at participating Hoiana Rewards partner outlets.
Full payment must be made by cash or credit card.

Points are calculated on the net paid amount, excluding taxes and service charges.

Privileges are available to members who have earned the required Status Points within the past 12 months.
