·        New members who earn points on the First Day of their initial rating in Mass gamingwill be entitled to 01 (one) play and earn reward based on the tier achieved during the Promotion Period.

·        To activate and use the Reward for Slot Machines and Gaming Tables, Eligible Members may proceed to and use it atthe slot machines or gaming tables (corresponding to the applicable Reward) within the designated gaming areas of Hoiana. The Reward must be used within 30 days from the date of issuance.

·        To activate and use the Match Play Voucher Reward, the Eligible member may visit and use it at gaming tables. The use of the Match Play Voucher will be subject to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher. The utilizationof Match Play Vouchers is 14 days from the issued day.

·        To activate and use the Accommodation rewards, Eligible Members must make a reservation by calling Centralized Reservation hotline, through their host, or by visiting the Hoiana Rewards counter. The Eligible Member must checkin on the reserved date and must be one of the registered guests under the booking. Accommodation rewards must be used 60 days from the date of issuance.

·        Accommodation rewards are available for qualified patrons only, will not be extended to family and friends unless they are qualified patrons

·        Should members wish to upgrade to a higher category of room type or extend hotel stay, differences in room charges shall be charged to the guest’s own account or Marketing Host under discretionary comp (D-COMP).

·        Rewards are non-transferable,non-exchange able and non-cashable. Hoiana serves the right substitute for any subsequent claims of defective rewards of similar value.

·        Gaming points will not be rewarded or accumulated when gaming with the entitlements.

·        Members shall examine the rewards at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana Casino shall not be held liable forany subsequent claims of defective rewards and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).

·        Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated period will be forfeited and the member shall have no further right to claim it thereafter.

·        Hoiana shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion and/or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Hoiana.

·        By participating in the Promotion,the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that Hoiana may issue from time to time.

·        In the event of any inconsistency ordiscrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms andConditions, the English version shall prevail.

·        In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collateral relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

·        Any other T&Cs that are notspecific will require exceptional approval from the management.

Yes, guests will receive exclusive rewards upon reaching designated point milestones during their first playing day.

2. How do I activate and use the Slots Bonus Credits?

5. What happens if myreward is lost, stolen, or defective?

Members should check the rewards at the point of issuance.

• Hoiana will not replace lost or stolen rewards.
• In case of defective rewards, Hoiana reserves the right to substitute them with items of similar value, but only at the time of issuance.
