2. Earn Points at Stay, Dine & Shop
Rewards Points are issued based on full payments made by cash or credit card at Hoiana-operated outlets.
Transactions settled partially with Rewards Points, resort vouchers, or external promotions are not eligible.
3. Room Upgrades
Room upgrades based on availability and member tier.
Limited to one room reservation per eligible member.
4. Earn Points at Golf
Rewards Points are issued on full payments made by cash or credit card at Hoiana-operated golf facilities only.
Transactions settled partially with Rewards Points, resort vouchers, or external promotions are not eligible.
5. Golf Privilege
Entitles eligible members to special green fee arrangements at Hoiana Shores Golf Club. Rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Earn Points at Participating Hoiana Rewards Outlets
Members earn 10% of the paid amount in points at participating Hoiana Rewards partner outlets.
Full payment must be made by cash or credit card.
Important Notes:
Partial payments using points or resort vouchers will not earn points.
Points are calculated on the net paid amount, excluding taxes and service charges.
Refer to the official partner list for eligible outlets.
7. Exclusive Privileges
Available to members who have earned the required Status Points within the past 12 months. A valid room reservation under the member's name is required. Benefits are non-transferable and subject to availability.
