All participants are entitled to an additional entry: Simply earn an extra 3,000 points between November 13, 2025, and November 14, 2025, to receive 1 additional entry (maximum 1 additional entry per patron).

Preliminaries – 14.11.2025

• Up to 6 tournament tables with 3-5 players per table will play with “Sit & Go” mechanic during tournament period on a First Come, First Served basis.
• There is a total of 13 games (3 free games + 10 games) in each preliminary session. Secret Bet is at the 13th game (last game).
• Estimated game time is 40-45 minutes long for each tournament session.
• The op 30 participants from the Preliminaries Stage will advance to the Semi-Finals.

Wild Card Draw – 15.11.2025

The Wild Card Draw is for participants in the Preliminaries who did not advance to the Semi-Finals.

• To participate in the Wild Card Draw, participants are required to register at the counter from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM. Registration will close 15 minutes before the draw at 3:00 PM.
• The Organizer will select a participant at random from the lucky barrel, and that participant will be eligible to compete in the Semi-Finals. During the Wild Card Draw, participant’s attendance is required.

Semi-Finals – 15.11.2025

Semi-finalists will be chosen as indicated below:

• Up to 6 tournament tables for semi-finals session will be set up.
• There is a total of 13 games (3 free games + 10 games) in the Semi-Finals.
• Secret Bet is at the 13th game (last game).
• Semi-Finals stage is estimated to be 35-45 minutes long.
• The highest-scoring player from each table in the Semi-Finals will advance.

Finals – 15.11.2025

Only 1 tournament table will be available with the winners from the semi-finals round making up the finals.

• A total of 13 games (3 free games + 10 games) will be played in the Finals.
• Secret Bet will be at the 13th game (last game).
• The final stage is estimated to be 30 minutes to 45 minutes long.

*If the Top 6 winners cannot be determined due to a tie between two (2) or more participants (“Tied Participants”) with identical tournament scores, each Tied Participant shall draw one card from a set numbered 1 to 10, provided by Hoiana. The participant who draws the card with the highest face value (with 10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest) will be awarded the higher-ranking prize.

Registration

• Tournament registration will start to 2 hours before the first session begins.
• The following rules shall apply to registration:

• • All enrolled Participants shall register for the Tournament by producing their membership card and valid identification document if required.
  • Any failure to register on time may result in disqualification.

• Each Participant will be provided with a registration card indicating their Tournament session.
• Hoiana shall have the sole and absolute discretion to reallocate the number of Participants at each Tournament stage at the start of each session of play.

All registered participants are to report to the Tournament area at least 15 minutes before their Tournament session commences. Any decision to allow late registration shall be the sole and absolute discretion of Hoiana management.

Tournament Structure

The tournament spans multiple stages with fixed chip counts, scheduled game sessions, and defined advancement rules. See the table below for a clear breakdown of each stage and progression path.

*HOIANA reserves all rights to cancel, modify or vary any element of the Tournament including these terms and conditions without prior notice or liability to any party. All participants shall be deemed to have been notified once any amendments to these terms and conditions are posted at the designated Tournament promotion venue.

Mechanics

• All members are required to approach the Registration Counter to register for their participation in the Tournament.
• The allocation of tournament seats and timings is random and based on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each Participant shall present Session Card and Membership Card when he/she arrives at the tournament area for verification by the persons appointed by the HOIANA (“Gaming Officials”). Any Participant who fails to turn up at the start of the specified play time shall be disqualified.
• The betting order of the Participants at each table shall be determined in the following manner:
  • The Gaming Officials shall furnish several cards corresponding with the number of Participants at each table.
  • The Gaming Officials shall draw a card from the stack of cards that represent the seat numbers, and the game will commence from the Participants seated at the seat draw. A rotation marker will be used to indicate the betting order, and the opening bet shall start from seat number 1.
  • Each Participant will place their bet in turn within a timely manner as determined by the dealer or table games supervisor. Once a bet is placed in the betting area, it is deemed as final and must not be altered or removed.

• Tournament participants must play every hand (except for the 3 Free Games). Participants are not allowed to leave the table temporarily during the tournament. If a participant must leave the table temporarily during the tournament, the table’s minimum amount of tournament chips will be deducted for each hand that the participant misses.
• At all times during an ongoing session, Participants are not permitted to communicate with each other or any third party in any manner and spectators are to maintain silence.
• Use of digital devices is prohibited during the tournament and any perceived advantage granted via the use of digital devices, determined solely by the Gaming Officials, may result in the disqualification of the offending participant(s).
• Advancement to the Semi-Finals and Finals of the Tournament will be based on the Tournament structure and advancement rules described above. Each Participant may only participate in up to a maximum of ONE (1) session in all Stages of the Tournament. For the avoidance of doubt, if the participant is awarded more than ONE (1) session for any Stage of the Tournament, his/her subsequent session(s) will be forfeited.
• The Non-Commission Baccarat Tournament Game Rules (“Game Rules”) and terms and conditions shall apply to the Tournament. Participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions and the Game Rules by their participation in the Tournament. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and the Game Rules, the latter sets of rules shall prevail.
• The Minimum and Maximum Betting Limits as seen below:

• The balance amount of the Tournament Chips at the end of the last game shall be used to determine the participants’ scores (“Tournament Score”) for the Tournament session.
• All Participants will be required to acknowledge and confirm their Tournament Score on a Tournament results form at the end of each Tournament session.

Secret Bet

• During the last game of each Preliminary session, Semi-Finals, Finals, all participants will be given a SECRET BET CARD. Every Participant shall be required to place a hidden bet (“Secret Bet”)
• For each Secret Bet:
  • Participants will have 5 minutes to finish the Secret Bet.
  • A Participant may not wager more than the aggregate balance of his chips.
  • All bets must follow the table minimum betting limit, and no betting unit shall be applied.
  • The maximum bet limit shall not apply to Player and Banker bets only.
  • A participant must write the amount on the official Secret Bet form or choose to tick the “All-In” option.
  • The Secret Bet amount(s) wagered must be clearly written in numeric figures.
  • In the event where any of the bets that are written illegibly or outside the allocated box or placed on both the “Player” and “Banker” shall be determined at the discretion of the Gaming Officials, who will decide the actual box wagered by the Participant. The wager amount in such a case shall always be taken to the minimum bet limit amount.
  • If the Participant’s chips in hand are insufficient to meet the total value of the Secret Bet, priority shall be given to the “Player” or “Banker” wager. Thereafter, any balance chips will be first applied to the “Tie” wager followed by the “Player Pair” wager and then the “Banker Pair” wager and then followed by the “Lucky Six” wager respectively.

Wild Card Draw

• The organizer will decide whether to conduct the Wild Card Draw or not conduct the Wild Card Draw, depending on actual number of Semi-finalist.
• Wild Card Draw will commence at 3PM on 16.08.2025, and the drawn players will advance into the Semi-Finals.
• The Organizer will select a participant at random from the lucky barrel, and that participant will be eligible to compete in the Semi-Finals.
• Participants must be present to acknowledge that they were drawn in the Wild Card Draw.
• Any Wild Card Draw results will be individually redrawn if the drawn participant is unable to acknowledge the Wild Card Draw results after 3 times announcement at Mot Hai Bar stage.
• HOIANA reserves all rights to cancel, modify or vary any element of the Tournament including these terms and conditions without prior notice or liability to any party. All participants shall be deemed to have been notified once any amendments to these terms and conditions are posted at the designated Tournament promotion venue.

1. The tournamentis open to Hoiana Premier Rewards Card members (Any foreigner or Vietnamese overseas citizen who has a foreign passport issued by a foreign authority and a valid laissez-passer and lawfully enters Vietnam).
2. Employees of Hoiana, advertising agencies of Hoiana and any other party directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
3. The number of qualifying Participants shall be determined by Hoiana at its sole and absolute discretion. Hoiana’s approval for entry shall be on a first come first served basis, and no appeals or correspondence on any decision of Hoiana relating to the invitation or qualification of Participants will be entertained.
4. Hoiana reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice or liability to any party and/or to allow selected members to advance directly to any stage of the event.
5. On the day of the event, registration shall be open 2 hours prior to commencement of the first session. Any decision to allow late registration shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of Hoiana.
6. Hoiana reserves the right to substitute the reward(s) for other reward(s) of similar value.
7. Members shall examine the reward(s) at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of defective reward(s) and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).
8. Hoiana shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion and / or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Hoiana.
9. By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that Hoiana may issue from time to time.
10. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collateral relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
11. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

1. Do I need to register for the tournament?

Yes. You must register at our registration counter. Registration begins 2 hours before the tournament’s start time. You will be given a registration card which you can show to the personnel at the tournament area to enter and play.

2. What happens if I arrive late?

• Preliminaries: As long as you have registered ahead and arrive within the prescribed time for the prelims, you will not be disqualified.
• Semi-Finals and Finals: Any participant who fails to arrive at the start of the designated play time will be disqualified.

3. How is my score calculated?

Your Tournament Score is based on the remaining balance of your Tournament Chips at the end of the final game in the Tournament session.

4. How do I advance to the next stage?

Participants who rank among the top 30 highest scorers in the Preliminary Stage or are selected through the Wild Card Draw will advance to the Semi-Finals. From there, the top 6 participants will move on to compete in the Final Round.

5. What is the Wild Card Draw?

The Wild Card Draw offers a second chance for Preliminary participants who did not advance to the Semi-Finals. To enter the draw, participants must register at the counter before 2:45 PM on the second day of the tournament. Six participants will be randomly selected from the lucky barrel to move on to the Semi-Finals. Participants must be present during the draw to claim their spot.
