Hoiana Friendly Tournament

Eligible Hoiana Rewards members can register for the tournament at the designated counter during the registration period. Entry tickets are earned based on points collected, as follows:

·      From Jan 2025 to Jan2026, collect 2,000 points within a calendar month to earn 1 entry ticket.

·      Between Jan 23, 2026, and Jan 24, 2026,earn 800 points to unlock 1 more entry.

In total, each player can enjoy 2 entries throughout the tournament.

Across the preliminary, semi-finals, and finals, players will experience the thrill of 3 exciting rounds featuring baccarat, blackjack, and slots. Full tournament game rounds are listed below:

To advance through each stage, players must keep their chips in play, as losing them all will mark the end of their journey. The total scores from the round 2 and 3 will be combined to determine the final standing.

Preliminaries

·      The tournament will feature a multiple game format consisting of Dragon–Tiger Baccarat, Blackjack, and Spin Splosion (Slots).

·      Participants joining the tournament will play with a Sit& Go format during the tournament period. Seats are on a first come, first served basis.

·       The top 20 participants from the Preliminary Stage will advance to the Semi-Finals.

Semi-Finals

·      The Semi-Finals sessions will follow the same mechanism as the Preliminary Stage.

·       The top 5 Semi-Finalists will advance to Finals.

Finals

·      The Final stage follows the same format as the Preliminary and Semi-Final rounds.

·      The top 5 Semi-Finalists will go head-to-head to compete for the Champion title.

All prizes shall be issued in the form of non-negotiable Promotion Chips or Slots Bonus Credit.

• Table Games Rounds: All cards are dealt face up, with no bet markers, surrender, or secret bet rules; once chips are raised, bets cannot change. Players who lose all chips between Hands 1–9 are disqualified from Round 3.

• Slots Round: In case of a tournament slot machine tilt or error, players may choose to retain their current score or replay the round once.

• To advance through each stage, players must keep their chips in play, as losing them all will end their journey. A player’s final standing will be based on their combined score from the Blackjack and Slots rounds. The results will be displayed on the Tournament Leaderboard at the Mot Hai Bar screen.

• In the Preliminary, Semi-Finals, and Finals, if advancement or prizes cannot be determined by scores alone, participants will draw a single card (1–10) provided by Hoiana, with the highest card winning, to fairly decide the outcome.

• The tournament is open to Hoiana Rewards Members – excluding Non-Gaming Card Tier (Any foreigner or Vietnamese overseas citizen who has a foreign passport issued by a foreign authority and a valid laissez-passer and lawfully enters Vietnam).

• Employees of Hoiana, advertising agencies of Hoiana and any other party directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

• The number of qualifying Participants shall be determined by Hoiana at its sole and absolute discretion. Hoiana’s approval for entry shall be on a first come first served basis, and no appeals or correspondence on any decision of Hoiana relating to the invitation or qualification of Participants will be entertained.

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-cashable. Gaming Entitlements will expire 30 days from the date of issuance.

• Any other cases will require exceptional approval from the management

• Hoiana reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice or liability to any party and/or to allow selected members to advance directly to any stage of the event.

• On the day of the event, registration shall be open 2 hours prior to commencement of the first session. Any decision to allow late registration shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of Hoiana.

• Hoiana reserves the right to substitute the reward(s) for other reward(s) of similar value.

• Members shall examine the reward(s) at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of defective reward(s) and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).

• Hoiana shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion and / or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Hoiana.

• By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that Hoiana may issue from time to time.

• In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collateral relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

• In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

1. How can I join the tournament?

To join the tournament, you must first earn points to qualify. For every 2,000 points earned in a calendar month between Jan 2025 and Jan 2026, you’ll receive one tournament entry. Once you’ve qualified, just register at the designated counter, which opens 2 hours before the tournament begins. After registering, you’ll receive a card to participate in the tournament. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Which games will players compete in during the tournament?

3. What happens if my chip count is below the minimum bet?

Participants whose chip count falls below the minimum bet are required to wager all of the remaining chips (all-in).

4. How do I advance to the next stage?

Participants who rank among the top 20 highest scorers in the Preliminary Stage will advance to the Semi-Finals. From there, the top 5 semi-finalists will move on to compete in the Final Round.

5. What happens if scores cannot determine advancement or prizes in any round?

In the Preliminary, Semi-Finals, or Finals, if scores alone cannot decide who advances or wins, participants will draw a single card (1–10) provided by Hoiana, and the highest card will determine the outcome. This ensures a fair and clear result for all players.
