Eligible members can redeem the Lucky Money only ONE TIME during the target period.

• The Promotion is open to invited Hoiana Rewards Members (excluding Hoiana Lifestyle Members).
• Eligible members can redeem the Lucky Money only ONE TIME during the target period. If a memberqualifies in both months, they will receive the higher-value reward, which can still only be redeemed once.
• The utilization of Promotion Chips and Slots Bonus Credits is 30 days from the issued day.
• The Double Point Conversion will start at 12:00AM on 17th February 2026. The last redemption for Double Point Conversion will be at 11:59PM on 03rd March 2026.
• Double Point Conversion can be done in real-time at the Membership Counter or Slots Machines (for Slots Bonus Credit only)
• Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated period will be forfeited and the member shall have no further right to claim it there after.
• Any other T&Cs that are not specific will require exceptional approval from the management
• Employees of Hoiana, advertising agencies of Hoiana, and any other party directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the promotion are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
• Rewards are non-transferable,non-exchangeable, and non-cashable. Hoiana serves as the right substitute for any subsequent claims of defective rewards of similar value.

4.     How many times can I redeem Lucky Money rewards?

Eligible members can redeem Lucky Money only once during the promotion period. If a member qualifies in both months, they will receive the higher-value reward, which can still only be redeemed once.
