Mechanics

• For a total of 3 months, members will enjoy alternating benefits every month:

o Double Points on points earnings

o Double Conversion Bonus when converting points into gaming credits

• All double points earned will be credited to members’ accounts every Monday following each 3-day weekend within the promotion period.

o Example: Double points from the weekend of October 18–19 will appear in your account on Monday, October 20.

• Double conversion points will be applied to gaming credits items only.

• All members are eligible to participate in the promotion (Any foreigner or Vietnamese overseas citizen who has a foreign passport issued by a foreign authority and a valid laissez-passer and lawfully enters Vietnam).

• Employees of HOIANA, HOIANA's advertising agencies, and any other party directly engaged in the Promotion's organization, promotion, or execution are not eligible to participate.

• This promotion does not apply to non-gaming card members.

• Convert Redemption can be done at the Membership Counter/ Slots Machines (for Slots Bonus Credit only).

• The utilization of Promotion Chips and Slots Bonus Credits is 30 days from the issued day.

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Members shall be held fully responsible for the safekeeping of the rewards.

• Hoiana reserves the right to replace the prize(s) with something else.

• Rewards are available for eligible Patrons only, will not be extended to family and friends who are a part of the Trip unless they are qualified Patrons.

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-cashable. HOIANA reserves the right to substitute the rewards for other rewards of similar value.

• Any other T&Cs that are not specific will require exceptional approval from the management.

• HOIANA has the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion, and/or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of HOIANA.

• By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that Hoiana may issue from time to time.

• In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collateral relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Double points will be credited to your account every Monday following each 3-day weekend during the promotion period. For example, if you earn double points from the weekend of October 18, and 19, the points will be awarded to your account on Monday, October 20.

2. Do I need to claim the double points myself?

No, all eligible double points will be automatically credited to your account.

3. What is the Double Conversion Bonus?

The Double Conversion Bonus is available from November 3, 2025, to November 30, 2025, on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays). During this period, members will receive double the value when converting their rewards points, applicable to gaming credits only.

4. Where can I redeem the Double Conversion Bonus?

Redemption is available at the Membership Counter or directly through the Slot Machines (for Slots Bonus Credits only).

5. Can I convert my points into cash?

No, rewards are non-cashable and non-transferable.
