Hoiana Slot League - Summer Edition

Eligible Hoiana Rewards members can register for the league at the designated counter during the registration period. Entry tickets are earned based on points collected, as follows:

• From Jun. 2025 to May. 2026, earn 3,000 points within a calendar month to earn 1 entry ticket (maximum 05 tickets per patron).

• Earn 1,500 points on tournament days to receive an additional tournament entry (maximum 2 additional entries per patron).

In total, each player can enjoy up to 7 entries throughout the tournament.

To celebrate Father’s Day, qualified male participants will receive one FREE additional entry.

The Preliminary and Semi-Final stageswill follow a Sit & Go format with first-come, first-served seating.

All prizes shall be issued in the form of non-negotiable Slots Bonus Credits.

• Prizes will be directly credited to the winner’s membership cards after the prize presentation and tournament.
• Slots Bonus Credits will expire 30 days after the issuance date.

Preliminaries

• Participants joining the tournament will play with a Sit & Go format during the tournament period. Seats are on a first come, first served basis.
• Each session will have a playing time of 2 minutes.
• The top 30 participants from the Preliminary Stage will advance to the Semi-Finals.

Wild Card Draw

• Wild Card Draw will commence at 6:30 PM on Jun 20, 2026, and the drawn players will advance into the Semi-Finals.
• The Wild Card Draw is only for participants who joined the Preliminaries but did not advance to Semi-Finals.
• Actual players who advance to the Semi-Finals will not be a part of the draw.
• Wild Card Draw tickets will be auto issued for all actual Preliminary participants.
• The organizer will select a participant at random from the lucky barrel, and the chosen participant will be eligible to competein the Semi-Finals.
• During the Wild Card Draw, participants must be present when their name is called out.
• Any Wild Card Draw results will be individually redrawn if the drawn participant is unable to acknowledge the Wild Card Draw results after their name and patrond ID is announced 3 times at Mot Hai Bar stage.

Semi-Finals

• Participants joining the tournament will play with a Sit & Go format during the tournament period. Seats are on a first come, first served basis.
• Each session will have a playing time of 2 minutes.
• The top 10 leader board Semi-Finalists will advance to Finals.

Finals

• The Finals stage will be 1 session or round with a 2-minute playing time.
• The 10 final its will be ranked based on their Finals tournament scores.

Mechanics

• All members are required to approach the Registration Counter to register their participation in the Tournament.
• The length of playing time per session is 2 minutes.
• At the end of each Tournament session, the participants will not be able to play on the Slots machines.
• At the end of each Tournament session, all Participants may refer to the display screen for the results recorded on the Slots machine. All Participants’ final scores will be credited and printed on the Tournament Credits Tickets at the end of Tournament session.
• The score shown on the Tournament Credits Tickets after a session has been played shall determine the player’s placement on the leaderboard. In case of multiple entries, the highest score played shall prevail.
• In case of a Tournament Slot Machine TILT or Error, the guest may choose to retain their current score or replay the Slots round once.

• 본 토너먼트는 HOIANA REWARDS 카드 회원을 대상으로 하며, 비게임 카드 등급(non-gaming card tiers)는 제외됩니다. (외국인 또는 해외 거주 베트남 시민으로서 외국 정부가 발급한 외국 여권과 유효한 래세 파세르(laissez-passer)를 소지하고 합법적으로 베트남에 입국한 경우 포함)

• HOIANA 직원, HOIANA의 광고 대행사 및 토너먼트의 조직, 홍보 또는 운영에  직접 관여하는 기타 관계자는 토너먼트에 참가 자격이 없습니다.

• 참가 자격을 갖춘 참가자 수는 HOIANA의 단독 재량으로 결정합니다.  참가 승인은 선착순으로 이루어지며, HOIANA의 참가 초청 또는 참가 자격과 관련된 결정에 대한 이의 제기나 문의는 허용되지 않습니다. 

• HOIANA는 사전 통보 없이 본 이용 약관을 수정할 권리를 보유하며, 특정 HOIANA 회원을 이벤트의 특정 단계로 직접 진출시키는 권리를 가집니다. 

• 행사 당일, 첫 세션 시작 2시간 전에 등록 카운터가 개설됩니다. 등록 시간을 연장할지의 여부는 HOIANA의 단독 재량에 따릅니다.

• HOIANA는 보상을 동등한 가치의 다른 보상으로 대체할 권리를 보유합니다.

• 회원은 보상 수령 시 반드시 보상을 확인해야 합니다. 이후 발생하는 결함 보상(claim)이나 분실/도난된 보상에 대해 HOIANA는 책임을 지지 않으며, 교체되지 않습니다.
• HOIANA는 본 이용 약관을 수정, 프로모션을 철회 또는 중단, 프로모션 시간을 변경할 권리를 사전 통보 없이 보유합니다. 본 프로모션과 관련된 모든 사항과 분쟁은 HOIANA의 최종 결정에 따릅니다. 

• 본 프로모션에 참여함으로써, 참가자는 이용 약관과 HOIANA가 수시로 공지할 수 있는 기타 지침, 조건을 수락하고 준수하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 

• 프로모션과 관련된 다른 홍보 자료와 이용 약관 사이에 불일치가 발생할 경우, 이용 약관이 우선 적용됩니다. 
• 이용 약관의 영문 버전과 다른 언어 버전 사이에 불일치 또는 차이가 있을 경우, 영문 버전이 우선 적용됩니다.

1. ‍토너먼트에 어떻게 참가할 수 있나요? 

토너먼트에 참여하려면 먼저 참가 자격을 위한 포인트를 적립해야 합니다.
2025년 3월부터 2026년 3월까지 3,000포인트를 적립할 때마다 토너먼트 참가권 1매를 받게 되며, 예선 두 날짜를 합쳐 최대 5매까지 획득할 수 있습니다. 참가 자격을 얻으면, 토너먼트 시작 2시간 전 개설되는 지정 카운터에서 등록하면 됩니다.
등록 후, 토너먼트에 참가할 수 있는 카드를 받게 됩니다.

2. 토너먼트 점수는 어떻게 확인하나요? 

각 토너먼트 세션이 끝나면, 슬롯 머신 화면에 결과가 표시됩니다.
또한, 토너먼트 크레딧 티켓에 최종 점수가 인쇄되며, 이는 세션 공식 점수 기록으로 사용되고, 순위 결정 및 다음 단계 진출에 활용됩니다. 

3. 다음 라운드로 진출하기 위한 조건은 무엇인가요? 

예선에서 상위 30위 안에 든 참가자 또는 와일드카드 추첨으로 선정된 참가자는 준결승으로 진출할 수 있습니다. 이후 준결승에서는 상위 10명이 결승에 진출합니다. 

4. 와일드 카드 추첨이 무엇인가요? 

와일드카드 추첨은 예선에서 준결승에 진출하지 못한 참가자에게 준결승에 진출할 또 다른 기회를 제공합니다. 추첨 배럴(draw barrel)에서 몇 명의 행운의 참가자가 무작위로 선정됩니다. 선정된 참가자는 이름이 호명될 때 반드시 추첨 현장에 있어야 진출 자격이 확보됩니다. 

5. 리더보드 순위는 어떻게 결정되나요? 

리더보드 순위는 각 세션 종료 후 토너먼트 크레딧 티켓(Tournament Credits Ticket)에 인쇄된 점수를 기준으로 결정됩니다. 참가권이 여러 장인 경우, 가장 높은 점수만 리더보드 순위 산정에 사용됩니다. 

6. 토너먼트 슬롯머신이 틸트(TILT)나 오류가 발생하면 어떻게 되나요?   

틸트(TILT) 또는 오류가 발생할 경우, 현재 점수를 유지하거나 슬롯 라운드를 다시 한 번 플레이할 수 있습니다. 

7. 상금은 어떻게 수령하나요? 

별도의 수령 절차 없이, 상금은 시상식과 토너먼트 종료 후 자동으로 회원 카드에 적립됩니다.
